Job Description

The Customer Service Associate is a sales and management support position.  This position requires exceptional interpersonal communication, customer service skills both face-to-face and via email.  Outstanding telephone etiquette is a must.

  • Answer all incoming calls on multi-line phone system promptly in a friendly, professional manner
  • Forward calls and written messages to messages to appropriate department or individual
  • Process payments on customer’s orders
  • Process financing applications
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete with each transaction
  • Contact customers to pay order balances, schedule deliveries, and schedule service appointments
  • Print daily reports

Job Requirements


  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn and maintain customer database
  • Nights, weekend and holiday availability required
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service related field required
