  • Build/maintain a client base and provide creative furnishing solutions for customers’ needs

  • Stay connected, keeping customers well informed about orders and any status changes, remain attentive to customer needs through delivery
  • Communicate company loyalty services and individualized programs, when applicable
  • Continuously improve, develop, share and apply product expertise by staying informed with the marketplace and industry trend
  • Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain sales floor coverage and follow posted schedules with regard to area assignments
  • Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication
  • Maintain an awareness of all available resources for training and development, and actively participate in self development and growth through company resources

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting, and ideally in a field related to furniture, interior design, clothing/fashion, or a related field. Will consider those sales professionals with extensive experience in customer prospecting, customer relationship cultivation, and various sales and business models who do not have experience in a related field.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma/ GED or equivalent
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
